COMMON AC SERVICE QUESTIONS

Pricing depends on what is needed upon diagnosis. It is difficult to provide a repair cost prior to knowing exactly what is wrong and what parts may be needed. It could be a simple maintenance, to a bad motor but this is why AARD offers free repair diagnostics for residential clients and a diagnostic fee of $125 per unit for commercial clients. 

Yes AARD has partnered with  5 different banks offering many options for customers. Our banks have low interest rate longer term payments to no interest for 2 years upon credit approval. Even options for customers with no or bad credit. Everything is based on their approval. We even finance repairs through one of the banks we use called Wisetack. We have options with the following banks: Wisetack, Synchrony, Greensky, FTL financing and Microf.

We provide 3 options for the maintenance plans:Gold -3 years for $350 saving you the most money,Silver- 2 years  for $250 and Bronze 1 year for $150. Each plan comes with two visits a year one for the heating system and one for the cooling system. We will check refrigerant levels, tighten any electrical components and connections, clean out condensation lines, wash the condenser coil, replace a standard one inch filter, and calibrate the thermostat. Any recommendations will be provided to our customer with our maintenance plans customers receive priority service, discounts on repairs, indoor quality products and duct cleaning services. There is no auto renewal and it’s a one time fee until the plan expires. 

Preventive maintenance should be completed twice a year once before the winter season and once before summer to avoid costly repairs

For our budget friendly line we highly recommend Ac Pro as you will get more for your money and having such amazing hassle free warranties and part availability. For our premier line we promote the Carrier Brand for those customers that request a name brand system with also great warranties. 

We offer military/first responder discounts for repairs and also have a price beat guarantee as long as an estimate is from a licensed contractor. Special promotions are offered monthly via our emailed news letter and social media.

For repairs warranties depend on the type of repair but mostly provide a 30 day labor warranty. For installations we provide full mfg warranties and a 1 year full labor warranty. AARD does price match and will honor similar warranties as our licensed competitors as well have extended labor warranties on management approval. AARD does not provide labor warranty for customer provided parts or hvac systems
